being in average condition, For floors just needing a light
sand you can deduct 15% (from the sanding price only) And for
uneven bitchumin or paint covered floors add 15% (to the sanding
price only).
We price per square metres (m2), to work
out the size of a room in m2 just measure the length and the
width, then multiply the measurements by each other. example
length 4.2m x width 3.2m = 12.8 m2.
